With the completion and opening of the Hunhe 17th Street Bridge across Xihe River, this traffic bottleneck was finally broken, and the Development Road No. 22 was fully connected. The subsequent ground road repair project has become a new focus of Shenyang's urban construction, marking a major upgrade of the city's transportation network.
